Business Objects has released their 3rd servicepack for their current products, including BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2, Desktop Intelligence and Crystal Reports.

Pre-requisite:

BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2 Service Pack 3 (SP3) requires BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2 Service Pack 2 (SP2) for installation. Please ensure that an installation of SP2 is in place before installing SP3.
